It’s been two months since I pressed 30 seeds into a six foot square bed in my back yard. Those plants are now ten feet tall with tassels beginning to emerge! If you’ve ever tasted just-picked corn, you understand my excitement.

The small ears are the size of a little finger. I think we’re about 3 weeks away from harvesting my best corn EVER!
